Pricelist with rates in € Euro per night.
In high season minimum 6 nights, low season minimum 3 to 5 nights.

Special discount from 15 March to 15 April 2025:
7 nights 560 €, 6 nights 520 €, 5 nights 480 €, 4 nights 440, 3 nights 400 €.

All charges are included:
End cleaning, bed linen, water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, WiFi and taxes.

Facultative additional charges:
Extra person (additional simple 5th bed) 30 euro per night low season, 40 € in high season.
Babybed on request, for 40 € per stay.
Extra cleaning if you like to, 70 € euro.
Extra bed linen and bathroom towels 20 € per person.
Cat or 1 small dog, only on request! 90 € euro.
Central Heating in Winter 20 € per night.

Special rates for 3 or more weeks

For the final reservation of the apartment a payment of minimum 50% has to be paid in advance by bank to bank transfer. The rest has to be paid in advance on our bank account (or latest at arrival in cash). Sorry we don’t accept credit cards. Security deposit is 300 euro (in cash).

Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00 h (3 to 7 pm)
Check-out from 08:00 to 11:00 h (8 to 11 am)
Late check-in fee, after 7 pm: 40 euro (only on request)
